Processing Time

All orders are handmade and prepared within 3–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Method

We ship using standard lettermail for most orders. This service does not include tracking.

For orders of $60 or more (before taxes) shipping to Canada or the United States, we automatically upgrade to free tracked shipping.

Delivery times depend on the postal service. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Free Shipping

Orders of $60 or more (before taxes) shipping within Canada or the US qualify for free tracked shipping.

Important Shipping Information

Lettermail does not include tracking, and we are unable to track packages once mailed.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. My Cute Coco is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already started and cancellations can no longer be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we’ll gladly work with you to resolve it.
